Great Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially skeptical in reading the older reviews for these earbuds, but I am glad i I decided to buy them (especially since it require I switch from my older buds). They are great. I mostly use them to facilitate online meetings and the noise cancelation is fantastic.

Great buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the buds w pro, wasn't a big fan of the stem design, however the sound is an improvement from the buds 2 pro. Updates have really helped sound quality, fitment could use some tweaking, overall great buds!
One bud won't charge. I have barely had them a month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible. The earbuds every time I inserted them in my ear made a very high pitched squeal that hurt my ears. I returned them and requested my earbuds pro 2 back. I never had that issue with those.

Sound quality is excellent! However I don't like the fact that the buds can not be turned off without placing them back in the case. I wasn't aware of that prior to purchasing. Also, like with most bud type headphones, secure fitting is an issue. Sometimes the buds move around in my ear especially during workouts and perspiring. Someone should invent the earpiece that conforms to the inner ear for a more personalized fit.

I enjoy it for work but the active noise canceling is a hit or miss when I'm on the subway or at a train station.
