Or for when I'm on my job and I need help communicating with my customers who speak different languages, galaxy ai helps me to better understand them and provide the best service or item that they need.

Pros: sleek look, good sound, good noise cancelling. Fitment is pretty good. Ambient setting is a very nice feature.
Cons: during the usage of the ambient setting, if you grab the earphone just wrong, it will make a high pitched squeal in your ear that is rather uncomfortable .

Good bass and all around very good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several earbuds, these are a solid 9 out 10. The only issue is the code they use only works on certain phones. So if you want to use it with a laptop or another phone, you loose the lossless codec. Hopefully they release the codec for windows.
Going back to sound, it got bass for ear buds. They are comfortable to wear for hours and the noise cancellation works great

Good sound quality , the more noticeable issue is the battery life in comparison with the Galaxy Buds Pro and the AirPods Pro 3... Also we need more ear tips, various size, I had use 3 the options provided and they keep falling out of my ear eventually
