I love the quality but tips don't stay in my ear long.

The new design is quiet an improvement from it's previous models, accidental touch controls on the buds 1/2 pro ones tend to happen when I remove the earpiece from my ears, with the new design accidental touch controls are a thing of the past. audio and noise cancelation has improved too.
my only complaint is occasionally I would need to play around with these buds on the charging case to get them to actually charge, with the Samsung wear app on my phone notifying me that the charging has stopped from either detecting wet or dust particles, this would never happen on the previous models. usually blowing into the case or using a cloth on the buds do the trick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These are not great. Look good, but low quality. Fit is not great and the sensors need work. I'm a loyal samsung customer, but these don't feel like samsung quality at all.

Would recommend to family and friends they work like they're supposed to I like the voice activation of volume up volume down with I have my touch controls.
