I experience a lot of frustration getting a "good fit" but, other than that, I like them.

Noise cancelation is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are great. The fit took a little time to get dialed in but after that. They are amazing sound quality is great and the Galaxy AI is useful. The translate with Galaxy AI I use at work alot. It is very helpful.
The Good: Great sound, great ambient sound, good noise cancellation with a minor issue, good adaptive mode but could be better, great case design - the transparent top cover is a great idea, lights on the earbuds are great but with very minimal function. 360° Audio and head tracking works great as well. Voice commands are great. Giving the eq and high quality sound option is great.
The issues: 1) When the feature to let your voice pass through when you talk is turned on, it sucks the volume of anything that was playing in the earbud which is acceptable, but this happens even in calls. During calls, when speaking the voice in the call is reduced so much that it is difficult to hear what the other person is saying. Only when we stop speaking can we hear what the other person is saying. 2) The noise cancellation works well but when we turn it on, there is a minor hissing sound. It is not that prominent and when listening to media, it is not that noticeable. But when the media is stopped, you can hear the minor hissing sound that's playing constantly. 3) Pinching on the angular design is a bit more difficult than expected.
Other improvements/suggestions: 1) Case should have a small speaker of its own that can make some sound when trying to find it. It should be trackable as well. 2) The finding/tracking feature should be improved on and we should be able to find it within the same location as well. 3) The lights should have more function and usability. There should be status indication and many other things and there should also be a feature to allow it to modulate the lights based on what is playing. (Adding RGB lights would also be a plus). 4) while the design is great and better, it should have been a bit more original. It should also be a bit slimmer with the option of a matte black colour as well. (I like the silver though) 5) Sometimes it takes a moment to put the earbuds back in the case (not always). 6) Addition of head gestures would be great and maybe adding some minor case controls/gestures would also be great. 7) Price could have been at least a bit cheaper.
