Poor quality build

This product is flawed. The Buds can fail to charge from normal wear and tear like sweat. Plus Samsung will claim water damage and void the warrenty. Now I have an expensive ear bud that won't charge and Samsung charging almost the whole price of new buds to repair. You lost a customer today. No ear buds again from Samsung.

We appreciate your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! Our goal is to make sure that each of our customers have the best experience possible. We hate to see that your buds have been having some challenges when it comes to charging them. We recommend checking that the charging contacts are free from debris and moisture. Additionally, please ensure that you are using official Samsung chargers for charging them. The earbuds are not waterproof and are not suitable for use in water. If they get some sweat or rain on them, you should clean them immediately. When drying off the earbuds, remove as much water as possible by patting the earpiece, microphone, touchpad, touch sensor, and charging contacts with a clean, soft cloth. You should also shake the earbuds to help remove excess water. After drying off the earbuds, allow them to air-dry for at least 12 hours or an entire day before using them. if you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Amazing sound is only the beginning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned and loved every generation of Galaxy Buds, and the Buds 3 Pro are the best yet for so many reasons!
It goes without saying in a review about earbuds that the sound is the main concern, and the good news is that the sound quality on these is incredible! Samsung's best sound yet, in my opinion.
However, my favorite parts are the other features! One of the most useful for me is the amazing noise canceling for calls. Often, I have been on a call with my wife while riding my bike on a windy day, and she will hear my voice as clear as if I was sitting on my couch indoors.
Also, the new Galaxy AI features that work with these earbuds when connected to a Samsung phone come in handy all the time! I use the interpreter/translator quite often at my work when helping people who don't speak English, and it works really well in my experience! Definitely recommended!

Pairing is easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the more difficult things to do with previous versions of galaxy buds was to put them in pairing mode when just opening the case didn't work. It wasn't always clear, like for the Galaxy buds 2. But for these it is, having the button. The sound quality is great, that seems to improve each year which is appreciated. I'm not sure why the design changed so much to where these now have the long piece to them sort of like air pods but either way, they work well.
