Great upgrade through the trade in program. The new form factor is more comfortable and stay in a lot easier. I love the new features and capabilities of these buds. Being able to adjust the volume, stop and play music, and the auto sound pass through when your voice is detected are welcomed additions to the great sound these put out.
HW Failure after 7 days torture to get replacement

Device work for only 7 days after arriving and after that the left-side bud stopped working and only hisses a low sound indicated the speaker is broken. Seems like a manufacturing defect. Have spent 1h20min on their call center only to be rerouted 5 times, 4 of them back to the very beginning of the same queue, another to Samsung Home Appliances... Sincerely, feels like I am being tortured for my loyalty to Samsung. Still couldn't get help, any decent support... And the Buds3 are unusable. At this point don't know what is worse, the hardware for failing after 1 week or Samsung Care for torturing for hours asking me to repeat the order #, my name, my address and going in a infinite loop that only Bill Murray can understand... I am in Samsung Groundhog day. I am looking at my Samsung Ultra, my watch, the 3 buds from past editions and now wondering if put this all in a box and send it to KS Choi with a note.

Great earbuds!

Sound is good, I would give 8/10 with noise cancellation on, however it sounds terrible to me with ambient sound on. Unfortunately the battery does not last as long as what I'd prefer with noise cancellation on- generally 3 to 4 hours. Lastly, the ear buds do get warm with prolonged use.

The best headset "buds" I have ever owned. Completely made up for the Galaxy Buds Pro 2 that would not stay in my ears if my life depended on it. The only downside is that I had to waste 6 months with the Buds Pro 2 before I could trade in and get a functional pair and had to pay extra to do it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
