This product shocked me.

Our 2 Border Collies & a Siberian Husky that live to bark frequently at the wind, so my husband turns the tv up so it's louder than they are. So it gets loud here. I have had many wireless ear buds and wired ear buds in my day. I bought the new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. We have our window air conditioner, fan, & TV going at the same time. I didn't want to disturb anyone so I decided to I put on my ear buds and listen to TV on my phone. I put the left on first, sound was great, then I put on my right one and all of a sudden every sound in the background totally disappeared except my program on my phone. I didn't have the sound on my phone loud at all. I've never experienced this before so, just for starters, I thought that my air conditioner died on me. I went to our window air conditioner to see what's wrong with it. The lights were on but there was no sound. It was weird so I removed one ear bud and of course, the air conditioner was still on and still loud. I was flabbergasted at the fact that these ear buds canceled out all outside sound. I mean I heard nothing, even with the sound off. It was terrific. I could finally get some peace from all the other noises in my home. It was such a Blessing. I'm thinking of buying another pair. These ear buds are the best & the sound quality was terrific! It was better than any other ear buds and ear phones that I've ve ever had. I just love them. Thank you Samsung for your great work. You are the best!!

Great earbuds for outdoor and office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying the pair of earbuds. I use it both indoor and outdoor. The adaptive ambient sound allows me to listen to music and audio while still able to hear the surrounding and other people in background. While I'm outside, I use it to listen to music and still hear and be aware of surroundings like traffic.
I gave four stars cuz I feel like Samsung could improve the adaptive sound option when it hears me talking, the sound is lowered. To explain, I wish AI feature somehow can detect if I'm singing or humming to the song and doesn't lower the volume. (So I can sing along and enjoy the music even more)

Uncomfortable TO USE, was better my prior buds and I have to return them on exchange of buds 3 pro.

Great buds, great sounds, voice control is cool. Not a great fit for my ears. Other then that great buds.

I purchased this product to try with the purchase of my new phone. Instructions for set up and use are clear. This style of ear piece differs from previous products I have used so it took some time to get familiar with the product to operate with ease. Selecting the correct bud cover took several trials with the three different sizes. I believe if the directions on how and where to specifically position the bud in the ear were more descriptive, it would make the adaptation to the product more seamless. Using each bud to answer/end calls and adjust volume is not the simplest to use but I am learning. The charging case is a bonus and easy to transport. The most outstanding feature of this product is the noise canceling feature! The person I am on the phone with does not hear any background sounds! I tested this feature next to a loud chiming clock while speaking on the phone and they could not hear any sound. Amazing! I highly recommend this product for what it does if it is a good fit for the buyer's ear. (Note this review is provided after using product for 3 weeks. I look forward to continuing to use all the features more quickly.)
