Noise canceling is not the greatest compared to my Bose. Not sure thatbi would trust these 100% to save what I have left of my hearing. It's annoying how the microphones engage when I'm in the middle of cutting something with my saw just because they think they heard a voice or that cringing noise thatvis amplified when blowing something off with air compressor. It sounds like I'm blowing directly at the buds microphones. If they are not perfectly positioned, the sensor keeps thinking you took it off and either stops what you're playing or engages microphones (again). Try that while you're chewing!!
I'm using the biggest buds available, I found a bigger pair (I don't have huge ears) but I'm hoping these will block out more noise and keep them tighter in my ear. If they don't, these definitely deserve a generous 3 stars.

Fit is great, stays put without falling out like all other buds do. Sound is impeccable, controls are a bit different and take some getting used to.
