The rubber surround that goes in your ear. the ear tips falls apart. it does not hold up, mine broke off after 2 weeks renders it useless. you can't put it back. Got some aftermarket ones they're okay but Samsung doesn't sell extra ear tips

Sounds really good. I am a fan of the design but you get 2 stars knocked off for comfort and fit. The seal isn't as good as it should be and Samsung should send a lot more additional ear piece options to help with that for the price

These ear buds exceeded my expectations.
Comfort:
The wing tips or the plastic buds really helps with staying intact in my ears. They are very comfortable.
Audio:
The ANC is fantastic. It blocks out outside noise, but at times I get really high pitched reverb. Although, I would not recommend ANC mode when biking or doing outside activity because it really blocks out the sound.
