The look of the headphones are nice. But it does not last long. Its suppose to last at least 6 hours. Tje headphones and case are fully charge. When I start work at 8am, I listened to music and then around 10:30am, I would call my partner or mom to talk on the phone for about 20 to 30 minutes. And then by 11:30am, I have to recharge the headphones before my lunch break.
Sometimes when the headphones are charging, it would only charge one side (mostly right side) and then charge the other side. So then I have to take out the right one to let the left one to charge.
Even when I use both of them at the same time, one of them runs out of battery faster. Idk.
If you're paying this much for headphones. Please make it last longer like 10 hours with listening and talking on the phone. I dont even use the special features. I miss my galaxy buds 3. Those were amazing and lasted forever without having to charge once while im at work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, these buds are really nice looking, it has pretty good water resistance and dust protection . I have used these buds in really dusty places and I can confidently say that these are really good. But it has some flaws too , buds become almost unusable after sweating a lil bit. After 3-4 months of usage the bud on the left side started tweaking. There were issues with audio, audio kept dissappearing for 3-10 seconds. After 6 months buds couldn't charge from the case even case had 100% battery. I had to put them inside case and then plug in the power adapter to case in order to charge them. And some might call these buds heavy but as a person who has been using these buds since the end of november at least two hours per day, I think that the weight is fine. But I have problems with their fitting. They tend to fall even after a small exercise or work or even while i am brushing my teeth. I and one of the things that I like about these buds is the design. Design of these are perfect, with very edgy and slick look.
Overall, my experience with these buds were quite awesome even with those issues. Hope you can fix those issues ,so others won't face these issues. And as long as you keep improving the next versions of buds, I will definitely stick with the galaxy buds.

Great Sound, Good Design, but ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a great upgrade from the Bud2 line. Sleeker and better sound and sound features. Like the noise canceling effects. On that topic, the noise canceling algorithm need to do a better job detecting sounds made my landscapers. I wear might when doing yardwork. The noise canceling has issues when I'm running mower. It starts off doing fine, but if I stop, the mower and restart. The bud think I'm taking to someone and disable the effect. I had to cover both ears with my hands to get the noise canceling to turn on again. Yes, I'm at the latest firmware.
My second issue is the case. It takes several tries to get the bud seated in the case so the charging ports make proper contact. I don't know if it's my case or just a design problem. I also have a terrible time get the bud to pair using the button on the bottom of the case.
Some the the Galaxy AI features, like voice control, Volume up/down and active translation are slick. language translation still needs some work.
Fix these issues in the next version and you'll have a true winner.

And when someone or myself talk it goes to ambient sound so you can hear them. It also translates languages if you need it to which is amazing. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

Loud enough when having a conversation and listening to music. Swipe and click functions work well. It's not that safe when inserted into the ear like the previous models. They tend to fall off if I make contact with them with my hand or if I were to remove a pullover shirt.

A good addition to your Samsung Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Galaxy Buds3 Pro with "Galaxy AI" for the past several months paired with my fold 5 phone and have an amazing experience.
The transition of calls from phone to buds is pretty seamless and voice quality is good. Listening to music on the buds with active noise cancelling really helps outdoors especially in noisy places like airports and planes.
Overall pretty happy with the buds, but battery life could be improved.
