The buds keeps disconnecting and reconnecting when I'm on a call. Everything else is good

Here is how I would rate the things I find important. Sound quality - 4 stars Comfort - 3 stars Noise reduction - 3 stars Controls - 0 stars.
The pinching and stuff is far too cumbersome. What is wrong with taps? Everyone else uses taps. You have to stop what you are going and gently grab the thing and pinch in just the right place. TERRIBLE! I would return them if it wasn't such a pain.

I find that the Buds3 Pro fall of my ears a lot more than the Buds2 Pro. That's the only issue I have with them. Everything else is 10/10. Sound quality, durability and the battery case I think is an improvement.
