Samsung is getting better on their ear buds but I can't say their 5 star better just yet. Love the voice controls and improved sound. The adaptive noise canceling is good but not at the level that I know Samsung can get to with features like this. The AI or Smart Features (aside from voice control) are okay but struggle to perform effectively as advertised or described. The main issue Im having is the fit. Yes they provide the 3 basic ear bud sizes but somehow its either too small for snug fit or next size up is too large to fit securely in my ear. I tell myself its just me and my awkard ear holes (I can only assume, never looked at my ear holes or compared to other peoples ear holes), but after a while, it starts to feel like its them and not me. Like a new relationship where you want it to work out so much cause you really like them so any issues or red flags, you just tell yourself that it must be me. Only to figure out later on that they were nuttier than squirrel turds which means the diet, working out, farting outdoors only, pooping with door closed, and cutting your video game time by 75% was a complete waste of effort and time. So.....yeah, what was I talking about? Oh yeah, the ear buds; in conclusion , they are great but they dont fit me very well and they dont cancel out the sounds of my tears at night, so 4 stars!

Love these! I was good with my old buds but I still couldn't work them fully. I can answer the phone and end call the one but thing I couldn't figure out how to do with my old ones. I like the noise cancelling and all the new features I have with these.

Good sound quality, and fits inside of my ears pretty good with stock silicone earpiece. Came with a free case, but down side of it is that I can't do wireless charging while the case is on, and button at the bottom is covered while it's on, other than that it's a cool case to get for free

I just got the best confirmation of how great these headphones are. In addition to being comfortable, cute and great musically... I was at the casino and my friend called me. I told her where I was. She asked if i was in the bathroom because she couldn't hear anything in the background. I quickly told her I was talking to her on my Buds 3 pros! She was impressed as was I. Thanks for a great pair of earbuds!

When I got them, I liked the look and the LED features on the stems. What really blew me away was when I put them in my ears and turned on the ANC, EVERYTHING dissipeared. It was 1000% better than their last attempt. Of course, a recient software update got rid of practically all of the ANC. It is really not much better than them just in your ears. The previous generation is better. The music quality is on par or slightly better than the previous generation, but, can not get as loud. Battery life is about on par with the last gen as well. Overall I would rate this generation as pretty disapointing.
