They are good but the auto features get in the way of the ANC.. you have to shut all functions off to use ANC with in loud environments.. Like doing the lawn, blowing leaves, ETC so having the auto detect anything is not good.. If you do have it one you get a lot of clipping in the sound as it does not know what to do..
