Brand new buds. Right bud doesn't always charge in case

slight difference in sound quality from the previous version. Questionable design lacks inventiveness and cheap plastic look compared to many different competitors considering price point and Pro branding. Samsung is loosing innovation and even falling behind with design and tech.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the look and feel, but even after doing the fit test and determining a good fit, the noise cancelation is not as good as the buds 2pro. When there is a sudden noise, even if its not that loud, they make an odd sound that is almost like pressure on my eardrums.. If not in a noisy environment they sound and function well! I like that they aren't huge and fit in my ear without causing lots of pain to the cartilage like the 2 did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We would love to help you with the ANC setting of your earbuds for a truly immersive listening experience. We recommend going in to the Samsung Wearables App when you are connected. The ANC setting has a sliding scale with the new device and can be turned up to be more canceling or turned down for less. I did not get the different size ear pieces to fit my ears with my earbuds he took a long time to come but they sound pretty good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome earbuds. I think they're a huge step-up from the Buds2 Pro. Noise cancelling works way better in my opinion. I do think the fit kinda needs getting used to, but it'll get there. Sometimes you can hear a high pitched noise when inserting back into the case or when you have one in your ear and the other right about to be inserted... I don't know if it's the noise cancelling thing and it stays in that mode/way when handled? I don't know. It can startle you but it doesn't really hurt the ear. Either way, I think this is a great one still
Love the fit and the lights. Airpod look was a little disappointing 😞 at first. The sound , Galaxy phone features and quality definitely makes up for the look.
