Oh well samsung... can't deal with your buds anymore. I spend so much time taking my buds in and out of the charging case, just to get them to start charging. It is not a dirty connection, I have cleaning everything so meticulously. I restarted them 100x and no difference.
There is also the problem with people not being able to hear me when I have my left bud in... same thing happened to the buds 2 pro I had. Sorry but for a high-end ear bud, this product falls short.
The controls on this product are good. Its the only reason it didnt get 1 star.

If the buds are not charging properly, we do recommend checking the charging contacts for any sweat or liquid, as corrosion can affect charging performance. If charging continues to be inconsistent, restarting the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and pressing the Connect button for more than 3 seconds may help. For your concern about the call clarity with the left earbud, ensuring the earbuds are positioned correctly in your ears can improve microphone performance. The Buds3 Pro features multiple microphones to enhance voice pickup, but proper fit is crucial for the best functionality. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Great sound, zero features.

Great sound, great battery. However, the touch controls are essentially useless. False inputs or no response. There's no in between. I bought these bc I love the led feature on them. I think it looks great. It has literally never worked. I've done tutorials, followed instructions, troubleshoot. They just don't work. Why it isn't a setting in the wearable app is beyond me, but it ruins these for me.

I want to love these more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned four different pairs of Galaxy buds and these might just be my least favorite for a very specific annoying reason.
First let me start with saying that these sound great! They look very attractive and the case and wonderful. The features are very handy and the app works well for me. The new touch controls are more customizable and offer ways to use. Like I said, I really want to love these.
My issue that keeps me from enjoying these is the shape impeding on getting a a comfortable fit. These hurt my ears more than any of the other buds ive owned. I can only wear for half an hour max before being painfull, this also translate to poor fitment that tens to get pushed out of my ears. I have spent a large amount of time trying different fitment angles and the included sizes to no avail. I believe it's due to the new shape of these buds that protrude more into the ear canal.

Product has great sound

I run with these daily and they are the best fitting out of all the ear buds I've tried. The battery life is perfect. I can use them pretty much all day without needing to change them. The features are are super helpful. I've lost an ear bud and the find my ear bud feature helped me. The fitting feature is great because how else can you enjoy the entirety of these buds if they dont fit correctly? Just do the quick fit check and you'll see.
