Poor performance, won't stay in your ears will in use,Poor battery use and the audio althea noise you here and high pitch sound which hurts you ears and tips are horrible they tear easy and hard to remove samsing messed up on this devices big time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I need help because i bought a pair of samsung buds 3 and sent in my trade in device and returned the buds 3 for a better personal fit if the galaxy buds 3 pro, I also did the trade in option there assuming i would get my original trade in device back to me, how can i get someone to call me and to fix this?
Beautiful, sounds great. My only issue is the battery does not last very long at all on the buds. That is horrible consistency I had cheaper ones where the battery lasted most of the day. But over all, I would still receive these buds

Great sound. Good fit. Only reason I've deducted 1 star was because the ear tips are extremely fragile and tear easily when replacing for a different size. Otherwise, these are the best earbuds Samsung has made so far.
