Great headphones for sound quality and noise canceling. But by far the worst Samsung product I own. I had bought a total of three buds 3 and 2 bud 3 pro each pair has the same issue will only charge when they want to. After owning 3 I dont think is a coincidence anymore

I like them but they won't stay in my ears. I have changed out the ear pieces still won't help. If I could send them back I would.

I accidentally dropped the right earbud from about 2 feet, and it immediately started emitting a high-pitched ringing sound — loud enough that I was genuinely worried it might damage my eardrum. After checking Reddit, I found that others have had similar issues. Thankfully, after about 20 minutes of gently shaking the earbud, the ringing stopped and it returned to normal. Since then, both earbuds have worked fine, and the sound quality is actually pretty good. But that initial issue definitely shook my confidence in the build quality.

Regarding the loud ringing sound you encountered, this can sometimes happen due to microphone feedback, especially when using Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), Adaptive, or Ambient Sound modes. When the microphone picks up sound from the speaker, it can create a feedback loop, resulting in that high-pitched noise you experienced. This could be triggered if the sub-microphone on the outer edge of the earbuds is touched or covered while adjusting them or putting them in. The sound quality of these ear buds are undescribable in a phrase it's more like an emotion. All of the positive emotions mixed with a lil melancholy and that's a great thing. I do get some feedback from them in the form of loud squelches, but only on the Ambient aware mode I don't know why that is but hopefully I'll figure it out.

Great Features, just not durable

The earbuds 3 pro are great, but not great for active people. I love the quality, sound, and fit of the buds pro 3. However, I am tough on them. I take them biking, running, and to the gym. I've had a few rides where I hit a jump and have fallen. Probably landed on the case. I've had a few runs, when it starts raining on me. After a few tough exercise sessions, the buds slowly stopped working.
Then their support is terrible. Asking me to try all these things before they could help me. I've been on the chat with them for over an hour with no results.
Loved the devices, but just not durable.

These are pretty nice and functionality related great. My issue is ever since I've had them they consistently smell like burnt plastic. Even after I've cleaned they and the case. The smell doesn't go away. I've read online that im not the only person with this issue. I've contacted Samsung and a ticket was submitted, I've yet to hear from anyone.

The squeezing controls and sliding my finger on the side to control the volume is really amazing! The sound sounds better than the Galaxy Buds 2 pro! They feel very light and so easy to use!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery Life Blows!!!!!

I see that I’m not the only one having the battery life issue. I just got back from a trip and had these on a plane and after maybe 2 and a half hours they died on me after being charged to 100% and with ANC off. I always keep them in the case when not in use and when I connect them to my Samsung S25 Ultra they say 100%. I purposely turned off ANC just to see if that was eating up battery life. I maybe got 3 hours (and that’s being very generous) before they died on me and I had to put them back into the case for charging. Not even close to the 6 to 7 hours Samsung states it should last with ANC off.
