I love these! They are perfect for the many phone calls I make every day. It's great that I can talk to the 'buds' and tell them to answer the phone or disconnect the call...love that feature.
Decent headphones so far. I liked the previous Gen design better but these do not hurt my ears. previous gen did sit inside my ear tighter tho. Becides that the looks cool and sound great.
Once you adjust the settings, they sound good. Difficult to get a tight fit all the time. The battery is pretty pitiful. It drains quickly. Voice commands are nice to have while I'm at work. Anywhere else, I prefer my Sony wf-1000xm5 buds.
I had the pro 2. Didn't like it very well because it was not good noise cancelation. I trade in for the pro, and what a good upgrade. The noise cancelation is amazing. The sound quality is better. The volume is better.
One thing i didn't like, and this is all single ear products. It falls off after some time. Of course, this is with almost all products. The inner earpiece is sensative. So removing it is a delicate process.
The battery time is decent, and charging time is very good. So far i only use it for the gym and the sweat so far has not effected the product. Trade in process was good as well. Very straightforward instructions and no bad Hassel. I hope yhis information helps. Thank you for amazing products.
I think the 2 pro was a better product. Pro 2 has a better sound and seem to fit better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
