To get the best experience with your Buds3 Pro, it’s important to start by ensuring you have the right size ear tips. They come with different-sized ear tips, so we recommend experimenting with those to find the fit that seals your ears without any gaps. A snug fit will enhance audio quality and minimize any sound leaks. If you haven't done so already, here's a quick guide to help you with the fit: Check the bottom of each earbud for the marks indicating left (L) and right (R). Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and do the same for the L bud in your left ear. It helps to angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth for clearer audio. Once you've got them in, feel free to rotate the buds a bit forwards or backwards to achieve that perfect fit. And don’t forget to run the earbud fit test available in the Galaxy Wearable app. The fit test is a fantastic tool to ensure you're set up just right! Failed earbuds

The earbuds stopped charging 3 weeks after I purchased them prior to taking a long Airline flight leaving me with no earbuds for my flight and had to take them on my time to a repair shop where it was going to take 5 days for a turnaround. They should have immediately fedexed me new earbuds and then taking the failed earbuds as a return given that they were only three weeks old prior to failure and then it became my problem. I'm not impressed
