Poor Fit - uncomfortable

I have had these for a couple of weeks now. They are so painful even with the smallest tips. I had Galaxy Buds Plus for years and loved them. I was hoping this would be a great replacement. I cannot comfortably wear them for 30 minutes. The sound seems okay but the fit makes it difficult to enjoy.

Only flaw I have is not great to work out in... sweat they start to slowly come out your ear.... but everything else is a 10 with these sound fit (other than gym)
