i love them. they look so sleek, especially with the pulse lights on. the sound quality is superb. the only downside is the high-frequency feedback when putting the earbuds in. sometimes calls sound a bit odd too. hopefully there's an update soon

While the Buds3 Pro boast a noticeable audio improvement over their predecessor, the Buds2 Pro, their overall design and user experience leave much to be desired. The build quality feels flimsy and inexpensive, similar to a budget-friendly pair of earbuds you might find on a platform like Temu. Additionally, the user interface is clunky and frustrating to navigate.

Don't stay in the ear. Hard to put back in the case. Play/Pause, ect. button has a minor delay. Sound is improved from Buds 1 pro, Buds 2 pro.

The headphones are great but the noise cancelling break and crack with a powerdrill or table saw or cutting steel so I cannot use them for anytime of real work, so I can only use them at home and had to buy a pair of beats studio plus because they have good noise cancelling that doesn't break or crack at all
The Call Quality Let’s cut to the chase: the phone call quality of these earbuds is nothing short of excellent. Here’s why:
Crystal Clarity: When I made my first call, I half-expected the usual muffled audio or distant-sounding voices. But no! The [Your Earbuds Model] delivered crisp, clear sound. It’s like having a private conversation in a soundproof room—even if I’m actually sitting in a bustling coffee shop. Noise Isolation Magic: Background noise? What background noise? These earbuds have some sort of wizardry going on. Whether I’m on a busy street or dealing with a chatty neighbor, the noise isolation kicks in, and suddenly it’s just me and the person on the other end of the line. No distractions, no fuss. Two-Way Brilliance: It’s not just about what I hear; it’s also about how I sound to others. The built-in microphone (or microphones, because technology is fancy these days) captures my voice accurately. No more awkward “Can you hear me now?” moments. My friends have actually complimented me on how clear I sound during calls. Who knew earbuds could boost my phone charisma?
I get feedback every time I out them in my ears. I will likely replace them with something else before too long to avoid damaging my ear drums.
The buds themselves go into the case "backwards" which i am surprised the design team couldn't avoid. You have to rotate them when you take them out and out them in, its really awkward.
