Error during playing music and calls while LEDs on

I love the product but... Unfortunately when I'm turning on the LEDs something with the sound sound not well like something is missing, music and durin the phone calls as well
it takes a while to fix it I don't know what causing this error but it's something that needs to be checked I don't know if it's related to the LEDs but I noticed that there is a bug in the system. 3 stars are only because the purpose of this product is to play sounds of music and calls in a good quality and unfortunately it's not always happening just because something distract it but if it would work 100% of the times good with no bugs I would give it definitely five out of five stars.

Lovely wireless ear buds, great features and design. Would be 5 stars if we had slightly better fitting buds tips as often enough without repositioning they time after time, they would fall out.
Probably there's a possibility of feature memory foam tips or slight smaller tips to the smallest size currently offered.
Terrible ergonomics, I don't like the case fitment it's stupid and unnecessary, but I will say they have really great noise canceling That's about it and how compatible it is with Samsung devices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's alright. Not that big of a difference between the pro 2. It does have a tiny bit distortion and the top part smells like overheated electronics but it gets a little warm. The bigger buds fitment did rip so I use the default size.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
