Love My New Buds Pro 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't leave the house without my Samsung Buds Pro 3. So easy to connect just push the button on the bottom and bingo!!!
What I love most about the Samsung Buds Pro 3 is how easily it pairs with any Samsung Device. And I love how you can easily see thru the top of the case also the led light along the side of the ear bud is a nice touch.
So far battery life has been good and call quality is great. Audio for music has been good as well. I'm a huge audio nerd so there are plenty of things Samsung can improve but overall not to had especially after the discount I got from trading in my old buds it was a no brainer since I love new technology anyways. The preset control functions in the app are useful when pinching the stem of the ear bud and also volume control is easy to use along side the pinch function to pause and play music and end and answer calls.

Best galaxy buds yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and packed with features, this is the best set of Galaxy buds yet.
Also, while it might seem like a small thing, the new design of the mesh in the earbud tips is the best I've seen anywhere and make for a lot less anxiety when cleaning the tips.
They sound fantastic. Their a little squelch when you touch the stems when you put them in, but that's the only nitpicking I could find.
Oh, and battery life seems improved and it has Galaxy AI intigrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was skeptical about getting this, but wowww are they awesome. what tickets me here are the sound quality improvements and the addition of Galaxy AI. The earbuds are just smart enough to switch between ambient mode and ANC mode. Moreover it's capable of varying their intensity too. They fit perfectly so I don't have to bother about adjusting it all the time. LED lights add more aesthetics in my own opinion. The charging case it self looks really cool and quality-packed.. Have had no issues with connections/pairing so far... everything is seamless (just perfect). Would definitely recommend this to my peers who are scared of trying it out. I would suggest Samsung adding some extra accessories (for their next upgrade) like hooks so as to fasten it around the ears for rigorous work out exercises. Also I wish they came in several colors and same for the LEDS lights. By far my biggest investment I must confess. thumbs up again to Samsung for this Holy Grail!

Not an upgrade of buds2pro but an inferior product

I kept them because I for a discount via a trade-in for my Buds Pro... Unfortunately, Buds Pro 2 are better in every way. These new buds have a few serious issues:
1)the new form factor makes it much more difficult to play, pause, answer calls, adjust volume and do everything else I used to be able to do with just a press because now, strangely, it requires a pinch.
2) the ANC noise is now very pronounced and the noise isolation itself is way worse than it was on both buds 2 pro and the original buds pro
3) I noticed that "tuned by AKG is gone from the box, is that why the sound is louder but with so much distortion?
4) the stem not only makes it more difficult to operate but also introduces constant noises by rubbing against my skin and clothing.
5) I expected improvements in battery life area and there aren't any
6) every single so-called "AI" feature is completely and utterly useless.
7) my silicone eartips broke on day three and I'm still looking for a replacement, Samsung customer service was unable to help me with any of my issues, period and they don't sell replacements.
As far as pros, well, these are louder than the previous buds2pro and BudsPro but it's not a benefit really because there are now noises and the quality of the sound isn't nearly as good. The case came with a carrying strap add on for free, so that's good, I guess... Overall, I am extremely unhappy and will continue to use buds2pro until I either run out of patience or Samsung fixes the ANC noise and sound problems with a software update.
