New buds new shape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these buds for a while and I can say the sound quality is definitely improved. I used the buds pro 2 for 2 years so that is my reference for comparison. I found the fit of the last Gen to be a bit more comfortable, and the touch controls to be more intuitive. Using the touch controls on the buds pro 3 feels clunky and often makes the buds fall out. The large size of the head of the buds and the removal of the wing tip contributes to a less secure fit for my ears. I have not found much use for the Galaxy AI features. Overall the sound is great but not much else unfortunately.

Great sound ugly design

CONS: Although I dislike the stem design I understand that it makes the call quality better so I feel the trade off is worth it. My biggest complaint is the tacky silver color & glossyness of it. I wish they had made it matte gray like the previous ones.

Comfortable with great sound and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro provide amazing sound clarity for my music. They fit in my ear most comfortably, and do not make my ears sore after a while like most other earbud type headphones. The Galaxy AI driven noise cancelling features make it so I can focus on my multimedia and not miss a thing when my wife or daughter talk to me. Over all a 10 out of 10; super glad I decided to make this investment.

A worthy upgrade from my Buds 2 Pro....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these hoping they would be more than an incremental upgrade and they are. I use mine while cooking, doing yard work to include mowing and that is where I really enjoy them to use the noise control to block out the mower and enjoy my music. I haven't used all of the features yet such as the real time interpretation using the Ai but the Ai seems to do well with adaptive noise control. The voice control is convenient when my hands are busy such as when I am cooking. My Buds are paired with an S24 Ultra. I also have them paired with my MS Surface Pro 11 Elite and they sound spectacular with it as well. I eagerly await the chance to use these in the casino playing slots. The sound canceling features on my Buds2 pro is great but I have no doubt these will be better. The biggest issue I had with every previous edition that I have owned was fitting them for my ears and I had to purchase COMPLY ear tips to get them to fit and stay in my ears. These buds pro 3 fit fine and need no tip upgrades and do not need readjusting as I wear them unlike the previous 3 versions I have owned. My only negative comment which I hope will change in time and practice is returning them to their charging case. I did purchase an aftermarket case cover to protect the charging case further since I am hard on products. As to the style, they make sense even if I don't care for the similar look of an I-product. No complaints about sound quality on phone calls either. I do wish they offered black.

Replace buds 2 pro, stay in my ear better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the sound quality and noise cancelling on the buds 2 pro, but I couldn't wear them if I was going to move much. My left ear seems to reject buds and especially the buds 2 pro. I actually bought a cheap, terrible sounding set from another brand because they were more conventional design and stayed in my ear better. The buds 3 pro stays in better so I can have great sound plus move around. I can't tell a difference in sound quality, but I think the new and old versions are better than my ears can differentiate. I did find that chewing still ejects them.
I love the ability to just make voice commands without any button pushing. Not sure if that is Galaxy ai or not, but it's great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soun is great. New stick portions seem helpful. A lot of fun new features. Feels a little loose when wearing. Still getting used to them for sure. Galaxy AI has been helpful while at work for translating.
