This product has amazing features and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has amazing features and the built in galaxy ai active noise cancelation is amazing. I tend to use the buds 3 pro for video games, music, and YouTube and it always works great. So far they have been the best ear buds I've bought. I enjoy the light up feature, since it makes it 100x easier to find at night and it has been a life saver all around.

Love them. No QA issues, they sound great, and will have compatability for years. Going to go with a Comply Foam tip for the best fitment. I upgraded from the Buds 2 Pro and don't regret it.

They had the design down pat! There was nothing wrong with pro 2 setup. The tech, quality of materials, and advancements are frickn outstanding! It's the design, the lack of ability for a snug fit that damages this product. I love Samsung and about 80% of their products however the tech advancements alone are not enough to go from pro 2 to pro 3, just because of the design alone. I would recommend the 3's unless like me you're an audiophile. That's someone who loves music;) say a 7 out of 10 maybe.
Imo:
Should have just made the buds with spikes that stick out of your ear. Like a bud on a stick:) they could call us spikeheads! They'd have had a place for directional mics and since everyone's ear it different the ability to spin and set them would have been astounding.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth the Wait

I've only had a few hours with the Buds3 Pro but the sound is more impressive than the Buds2 Pro. Not sure if it's a better implemented ANC or the dual amps or the full 24/92 signal quality. The fit is more comfortable, for my ears, and the controls work great. Favorite feature is the instant voice commands. But still have to test the translation and things but I am very pleased with the first impression.

Pretty sure I received one of the many returned defective sets. Everytime i remove the Right bud from the case a loud high pitch noise comes out of it. There's constant static feedback in the background when I'm wearing them. They stay in my ears better than the Buds 2 pro, but the sound quality was far better than they are on the Buds 3 pro. Quality feels well below what is expected of a Samsung product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These sound great. Not long ago, Samsung buds were rough sounding. AKG tuning I guess made them sound too high in the treble ranges, but there are much better. When wireless charging, the case can get a bit warm which scares me a bit with Samsungs past, but other than that I have no complaints. Major improvements and the stem style change fits my ears so much better. Chefs kiss with the samsung trade-in values on their own products; top tier.
