Poor connection to non-Samsung devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality from these new buds is fantastic and it connects to my phone easily. However trying to connect them to my computer has been a nightmare. The original case that came with the buds didn't have access to the pairing button so I had to remove the buds case from the travel case to try pairing. Then the pairing button only works half the time and when it does successfully connect the sound still comes from the PC. My original buds worked much better, albeit lesser quality sound. Hopefully this improves in an update. I've never used galaxy AI either.

In love with these buds.

The sound is amazing, the noise cancelation is great, and they feel so amazing I feel like I would forget about them if they weren't in use. And talking to people with them is great along with the galaxy AI.

First ever Buds with stems. Not bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really was not sure I would like the Buds 3 Pros, but with the great trade-in offers and an extra pair of Buds 2 I was no longer using, I got them. And I'm not disappointed. The sound is fantastic. I'm still trying to find the best way to keep them in my ears with a good fit, but when they are in, they are the best sounding buds I've ever had. I still think I would rather Samsung had built on the Buds FE shape and design and "pro-ify" those, but for my first stem buds, I have no complaints. Now, I just look forward to figuring out the Galaxy AI features that comes with it. Might need to get into a conversation with my Korean coworker.

Great device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving the so far. The big thing is that these models DO NOT cause me an ear irritation. I believe the material that the Pro 2 was made of cause me that issue.
Sound quality is great.
I like how the device can switch from my phone to my tablet automatically.
The Galaxy AI translation feature is incredible, and very useful.

Great buds but some issues

Great buds but some issues. My buds will not charge sometimes when they are in the case. I have to manipulate them to get them to charge sometimes. Has great sound, great on calls, can workout and they do not fall out. Noise canceling feature can use some work.
