The ANC and wind detector always interrupts the music and automatically activates the Ambient sound even though it is deactivated. There is a reason why someone would turn it on to block out the background. It is comfortable in the ear, kinda like the wired ones. The call quality is great

The left bud stopped charging or charges slowly. The ANC is absolutely terrible and does it's own thing. I regret returning my buds 2 pro!
