Good sound, horrible fit

Great sound horrible fit
The noise canceling is great. Sound is clear . But samsung buds dont fit my ears. They fell out 5 times within an hour trying to listen to a book on the plane . I had to hold onto them while in my ears to make use of them. None of the Samsung buds stay in my ears. Not comfortable and not a good fit

Fit preferences differ, so the Galaxy Buds3 Pro include various-sized ear tips. The first step is to ensure they are the correct size; they should fit snugly without gaps, which helps prevent sound leaks and ensures good audio quality. Once fitted, check the bottom of each earbud for the L and R markings. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the earbuds so the microphone points toward your mouth rather than straight down. Adjust by rotating the earbuds forward or backward for comfort. Not worth the price. Battery it self doesn't last for much, at a full charge with id say 3 hrs a day with anc I still have to charge it after 2 days. The anc is no better if not the worst anc ive ever had in a pair of headphones, even at full volume and anc all the way to the top it can still let in noice unfortunately. It also has a noise that only happens when dealing with metal objects such as forks and knifes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Ear Buds I've Ever Owned!!

I've had these ear Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for a month or two now. I was skeptical at first because I have not had good luck with ear buds staying in my ears. These have been a game changer. I had to put the smallest ear covers on the buds but they are a perfect fit. I love the sound quality that it has. It has really good bass for being ear buds. The quality seems good and I don't have a problem with the Bluetooth connection. They were easy to pair with my Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra Phone. I really like that you can use your voice to direct the music or whatever else you're listening to. Being able to use my fingers on the outside of the ear buds to do the different controls are nice as well. I would honestly have to say these are the best pair of ear buds I have ever owned. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

Has serious Q/C issue
I requested repairment twice. And still consistently had issue with QC.
This product shouldn't have been released to the world!!
And it only guarantees 1 year warranty considering that this product is not reliable. 1 year warranty is too short.

Good when they work

On the plus side, the headphones sound qualty are amazing. I love using these to climb, ride, exercise, or just wear around the house. Call quality is great too.
On the negative side, I've had a flurry of issues with these since the first day. First they played a high screeching noise in my ears (actually quite painful). Then they lost connection to my s24u. Then the right bud stopped charging.
When they work, they're great. But getting them to work has proven to be a bit of a challenge and quite frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charging issue

I had my earbuds for about a year. Now they have stopped charging. I try them in someone else's box, and they charge. I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping for the equipment to last longer.
