One minor thing that bothers me is a little bit uneasy putting earbuds back on the case.

I really loved thise the feel in my ear, the build was elegant and sound was really good. The onlt complaint was the mic, people would say its hard to hear. So upgrade time. First the sound is amazing! Microphone as well appears to work much better than Buds Live. The noise cancelation is an upgrade as well and easy to sync, a Samsung norm.

The only complaint would be the feeling of the bud does not seem as nice as the Buds Live I gave up. And I think the part that touches the ear should have been a soft touch or something. While they fit good there is an edge of the bud that pushed on my ear...it hurts a bit until adjusteded. This was unexpected since the Live version you just throw in. I think a better in ear portion and softer better design next to ear would be ideal improvement.
Great product, the above is a critical review of a steller product. Maybe I should join the design team but I think Innovation should be pushed a bit more.

Amazing sound

Great sound and comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was originally put off by the design change but this buds are next level, great replacement for my buds 2 pro. They are very comfortable and I love how the controls are responsive while preventing accidental input.
The bass ane ANC are supreme. They do give my bigger over-the-ear headphones a run for their money.
I haven't noticed any of the galaxy AI features on them, but not sure if it's because I'm running on S22 Ultra. However, the new charging case design also prevents them from getting lost or spreading all over the floor when dropped since it has a latch that locks the lid.
Highly recommended, the only test pending is time and hiw they hold up in a couple years but so far I love them.

These are absolutely worthless if you plan on using them for running. One of the biggest reasons for buying these was because the Buds Pro 2 would start falling out after some miles and when pushing them back into the ear, they would change tracks 9/10 times. I thought these would fix that, but now the touch controls are near impossible to use while in stride. Having the control on the ear lobe side of the wedge was a huge mistake. You have to get your thumb between your ear lobe and the device, which is incredibly difficult. If you want to go back to a previous track while in motion, forget it. I tried nearly 30 times and couldn't get it to go back to the previous track. I could go to the beginning of the track, but not one time could I do it consistent enough to return one more track.
If you want these for the airplane, or sitting around the house, they'll be fine. If you are the least but active and want them out hiking, running, walking, or whatever, then don't bother. You're better spending your money on a set dedicated to sports. Highly disappointed with these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
