Good sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not able to try Galaxy AI on these buds, paired to my S24 Ultra yet. I believe it needs a firmware update to enable that functionality.
Sound quality is pretty good for phone calls and occasional music. However, the rubber tips are very hard to replace - you have to pull them just right to avoid damaging them.
Overall, pretty solid device.

Cheap looking and missed the mark

I've owned several different models of Galaxy Buds including the older Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. I was lucky enough to get a pair that work fine, but the silver looks cheap in person (both the buds and the case). The new stalk has sharp angles and positioning your fingers for touch/pressure controls feels awkward. This pair of headphones is also much less comfortable for me than the previous model. ANC works well, but I notice much more pressure in my ears. Depending on the surrounding noise, I've noticed thumping sounds with ANC turned on. These Galaxy buds are much more finicky on wireless chargers than previous models and will not wirelessly charge on several of my Samsung chargers with the included case or with third party cases. On a positive note, voice calls work great and I can use the built in lights to annoy my husband at night.

These are amazing! I was lucky to get a good pair. The ANC is a huge improvement compared to the Buds 2 Pro. The new stem design allows for more controls, and the voice detect is very good. Everything is an improvement, awesome buds!
