Sound is greatly improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I seem to not be able to change the earbuds. In review videos, it says it comes with change of earbuds, but I tried to pull them out and doesn't seem like it comes out and I looked in a box and it doesn't seem like extras come in a box. I don't know if that's just mine or if I got a different version, but yeah. That was weird. I wanted to change the earbuds because one side fits in my ear on that, I guess medium size but yeah, the other side does it. So i'm constantly pushing it back in when i'm riding on public transportation.
Other than that, the sound quality is great.I can almost compare it to sony and sony's been great on sound quality for years.

New style even better sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is amazing and I love the new fit but the best part is the AI language translation. It's new so there are a few quirks but it works! I tried German and Spanish. Cannot wait for Finnish!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy 3 buds pro . Have excellent sound . Improved battery life . The microphone has excellent noise cancelation and ambient sound is improved. AI features are helpful.
Nice all around earbuds, we are intuitive with their settings you don't have to do a lot of customization, they sound good, and while I have a smartphone I plan on using them, since I would not get airpods since they don't go as well on Android I am glad Samsung provides these as an alternative that I think are much better suited for a Samsung device than those are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Highly Anticipated - Highly Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving my galaxy buds 3 pro and using they daily for a week. I've experienced so many issues. For 1, the sound quality was great until changing my sound to ambient sound and that'd when the problems began. I started to experience static noise coming from the left bud. I was told by samsung support to reset and repair the device, however the static sound happend again. Also had alot of disconnected calls and bad connection between the buds and phone. I hope these issues fixed because I really liked the new style buds.
