I love them, the ambient sound is much better than the buds 2 pros and the sound is awesome! I haven't had any problems with mine. I have switched ear tips and no problems at all. Samsung out did there selves with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the most comfortable buds that Samsung has put out to date. Sound cancellation works perfectly, sound quality is great, and I can wear them for hours. I haven't tried Galaxy AI with these yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the use fulness of it it has so much functionality and I enjoy using Bixby very more useful than Google gemini. I can't go back to any earbuds after these buds are so comfortable to wear for hours.
