does not stay in ear, constantly needs to adjust the buds. on bud pinch controls hardly respond to input. sound quality is amazing though so 2 stars !

The ambient sound is poor and I feel the noise canceling make a weird noise when a strong sound happens, i think is better on the buds 2 I hope this can be fix on a software update.

The noise canceling could be a bit more better and the fit of rubber tips aren't not the best.

Sound quality is good but build quality is not great considering highly priced product. Led brightness of each unit is different

The product is nice and everything about it is perfect. One issue is that it slips regardless the adjustment of the eartip and the buds itself. No matter how many times i adjust it. The design should've been made to fit in the ear like the rest of the buds. I still have my galaxy buds 2 pro and they still fit perfectly.

Best sounding earbuds ever. Great for phone calls. Love the controls on the earbuds, especially the physical buttons so that having gloves on doesn't matter. The ear tips are impossible to remove without ripping the silicone. (-1 star)

They're great...except for the well-documented issues. The tips on mine were VERY difficult to remove. I managed to do it without tearing them, but it shouldn't have been that difficult. Also, you hear a high-pitched squeal when you insert the Buds in your ear. SO FAR, it hasn't been loud, so I don't think it'll cause ear damage, but others have complained it's very loud. When they work, though, they sound great and have a lot of useful features. I especially love the blade design for controls.
