I appreciate the quality that Samsung provides in their products. However, I believe that the design could have been improved. It does not feel like the typical Samsung earbuds that I have used in the past.
Great audio quality, great response on adaptive ambient sound, but the pinch command on my left bud has an extremely poor response, demands a lot of pressure, and requires many attempts from different positions to work properly.

The clarity of your voice on these is amazing. I have had them for only a week and everyone I have talked to has commented on it versus my Buds 2. Sound canceling is superb. Gesture controls are easy and no more mistaken commands when trying to adjust them. If you have the Buds 2, trust me, it is worth the upgrade. Huge difference in voice quality and clarity. I have never been as please with an earbuds purchase as I am with the Buds3.
When I received my earbuds, they came in safely packaged. The quality are way more amazing than my buds live. Only issue is the earbud's buds, each size hurt my ear canal or the buds didn't fit.
