Opening from box one ear bud was missing a ear tip. Also I enjoyed last year earbud more it had better sound and noice canceling. I love eamsung but this were not as expected.

Quality Control issues

My medium eartip ripped after trying to replace with the bigger ones. It took an hour to take the plastic piece stuck on the earbud. The eight earbud metal mesh has a slight gap and the right earbud blade light is brighter than the left one.

The sound of the headphones are nice with plenty of bass if your in a normal environment however doing yard work such as weed trimming the noise cancellation makes a hurtful cut in and out noise

Not as good as I hoped

I traded in my Buds 2 Pro and so far I feel my B2P had a better fit and the noise cancelling was also better in the B2P. The triangle post make it more difficult than needed to put back in the case as well. The sound is very good though and the case is nice.

Wouldn't use these while going for a run because fiddling with the pinch controls are troublesome. Strange hissing noise when using 1 earbud. My buds2 pros never did this. Sound quality is good, fitment is decent, I dislike the fact that the stem is triangular. More extra fiddling when placing them back into the case. Battery life is enough to carry me an entire day. The LED light bar indicator is kinda cool. Dislike how this funnels me into using only samsung products to get the full potential sound quality with this really expensive product. Overall it's fine
