Good sound quality, but lousy finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, the worst design Samsung has made, they look like Chinese headphones, but the sound quality is excellent, as well as their microphones, it also has the problem that the gummy breaks easily when removed, it has already happened to me, I still prefer the buds2 Pro

The best sounding earphones I've ever worn

I've worn a lot of headsets in my life from chreap to expensive and Galaxy Buds3 Pro sound better than all of them. The clarity is so good I can listen to pop/rock recorded in a decent studio and follow individual players (including vocals) without losing the ensemble sound. I can hear things like a kicked bass drum push air, reed vibration in low saxophones and much more., lips being open and closed by singers The noise reduction is excellent leaving me with a new experience with my large music catalog.

Absolutely great sound and comfortability. Even over recent earbuds (ex. Galaxy Buds 2 Pro) it's a great upgrade.

The previous product only required one finger to operate, but now you need two fingers. And because it has an extra "tail", you often scrape it off when taking off clothes.

I ran into the ear bud tip tearing issue. I needed the larger tips and tore one of the medium tips trying to remove it. Use something plastic to pry the tip off the bud itself, DO NOT PULL on the tip material itself. I hope there is some way to get a new tip.

I got these about a week ago. They look great, but not use to the design yet, since I've been with buds the last 4 years I'm us to sliding those right in. These i have to turn to get a good fit. The ear seal don't feel as tight as the bud pro 2. Then again it maybe me getting use to the shape and positioning aspect. The light feature is nice but should be able to activate when you have in ear also.
