This is my second pair the first one had a default so I hardly used them but this one i ordered is perfect only thing that irritates me is that it keeps coming out my ear even when I adjust the tips but other that that its cool
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have small ears and even with the small earpiece they don't stay in my ears and hurt because I keep having to push on them to keep them from falling out. Liked the buds pro 2 better

Great earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds do it all, pretty well. Asssuming you have samsung devices, the device switching works well. The top tier features to me are the greatly improved sound, as well as the persistent equalizer settings that save to the earbuds so your tuning goes to any device. The Galaxy AI with the direct voice commands is a huge upgrade as well, being able to skip a song hands free without summoning an assistant. The battery life is good enough. These are also ipx7 on the earbuds which is amazing, meaning they can survive some wetness. Overall very happy.

No warranty if the case burns

Comparing them with the buds 2 pro. They feel cheap. The buds 2 pro felt solid and never had issues.
While this one's sounds is ok, there is no big difference, in fact they feel flat.
My charging case burnt and I had to disposed, yet samsung Specialty claims refused to replace it. So if the product is a total loss, you will have to find a way to send the burnt remains. Maybe I should had posted only to make it viral but I dont have time for that.
