Great new features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the buds fe first and after a month I had some issues with it so I got the buds 2 and also had issues with it after month and traded it in for the buds 3 pro. And ive had it for a year now. I like that you can reduce the volume from the stem of the ear buds. The only thing I would change would be the shape but other than that I absolutely love it.

However, we understand that you are having some concerns with charging. To ensure optimal charging, please use the included USB cable with a Samsung-approved wall adapter, which is sold separately. It is also important to make sure the earbuds are positioned correctly in the case and that the charging contacts, both inside the case and on the earbuds, are clean and free of any debris. Sometimes, dust or wax can accumulate and might interfere with the charging process. Additionally, take a moment to check the case, earbuds, and charger for any signs of damage. Just a reminder, Samsung provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and you might want to consider Samsung Care+ for extended protection and support on eligible devices. Love my upgrade and the AI

I've tried my share of both Samsung and non-Samsung audio buds before but I'm really digging the upgrade here. All around a superior sounding and functional pair of equipment! Great work!

Good sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are great. The sound is good, the fit is good. The features, especially when used with a Galaxy AI device, are top notch. The only weird thing is the charging case. You have to rotate the buds to insert them which still feels awkward.

Great for working out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 3 pro have excellent sound quality. There have been more little bugs than I had with the buds 2, but overall I've been happier with the 3 pros. Battery life hasn't been an issue at all and they work great when working out.
