Super sad with these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd set of Buds, from Gen 1, 2, and now 3. I had so much faith, I bought my daughter a pair. I don't drop my pods. I put one in one day after about 5 months of owning them, and I got a spike of feedback that plays in a loop in one bud. Starts quite, then spikes at the highest sound it can make, then repeats.
I was excited to use the Galaxy AI services since everything I own is Samsung, but now I don't use my buds at all. My daughter has dropped hers over and over and over, and no issues at all.
Mine made a noise that actually hurt my hearing for the rest of the day.
I gave a 3 star because my daughter's white ones work well, otherwise this would be a 1 star. I'm seriously debating getting a different brand for my next pair since these are so expensive and I don't want another pair to break again over nothing.

Your experience emphasizes the importance of consistency and comfort over time. Please note that an audio feedback loop can occur between the microphones and drivers, especially when Active Noise Canceling (ANC) or Ambient mode is active, or if the microphone is covered. If you're wearing a cap or headband that covers your ears, it may cause interference, resulting in a high-pitched noise or a crinkling sound. To avoid this, make sure you only touch the stems of the earbuds when adjusting or removing them, and avoid touching near the microphone area. If you encounter any concerns, please submit an error report through the Galaxy Wearables app while connected to your earbuds. To do this, open the Wearables app, select the three horizontal lines, tap the Settings icon, and then choose "Contact Us." This will send your feedback directly to Samsung developers. Great sound and phone calls are clear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound but most importantly during phone calls people can hear me clearly. With my previous buds 2, people always said I sounded like I was in a ditch which sucked because I work doing phone calls all day. With these easy peasy. They say I sound great. I wish the design was cuter and better colors available instead of these drab colors. I never use the Galaxy AI so not sure how people who use it would feel about these buds but if you care about sound and phone calls these are great.

Connectivity Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds 3 Pro have been a good edition to my galaxy experience. However, from day one of using the product, I have had nothing but connection issues. I do believe in giving a product some time because it may be user error. After updates to the firmware of the Bud Pro 3 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6, no solution was found. I ended up purchasing another pair of the Buds Pro 3 and trying it as well. Same issue was found with connectivity via Bluetooth.
I can say, with the quality of the Buds Pro 3 i.e. sound has been of good quality. Battery doesn't last long and the case is very sensitive as one Bud may charge and not the other. It does become an inconvenience when trying to charge the case for the Buds but the case indicates and disruption between the charger and the port.

They work seamlessly with your Galaxy Z Fold6. When you connect the Galaxy Buds3 or Galaxy Buds3 Pro to your Galaxy Z Fold6, you can access a variety of useful features. These include automatically switching between Galaxy devices, creating voice memos, translating in-person conversations, and locating your earbuds with SmartThings Find. You can also customize your audio experience by adjusting the sound settings of the buds. To connect your Galaxy Buds3 or Galaxy Buds3 Pro to your Galaxy Z Fold6, follow these steps: 1.
