If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are acting up with unusual noises in the left earbud or limited charging in the right one, a few steps might help. For the left earbud, you can restart both earbuds by placing them in the charging case, closing it, and waiting at least 7 seconds before trying again. As for the right earbud, make sure the charging contacts on the earbuds and the case are clean and free of sweat or liquid, as this can affect the connection. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Ear fit sucks bring back bud pro 2 design

I'm a loyal Samsung customer. My phone, watch, TV, and tablets are all Samsung. I loved the Samsung Buds 2 pro. I had to replace them because of some cracking of the plastic shell on the left bud. I wasn't to sure about the new bud pro 3's because of the design to much like airpod. I was completely right the design sucks. The pro2's are perfect you forget that they're in your ear and they don't fall out. The pro3's suck they fall out easily and feel weird in the ear. Please bring back the pro 2 design for the next bud pro design. Would hate to have earbuds from a different company. Right ear bud doesn't charge needs a magnet or something to keep it connected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not too keen on the design shape. You can't wear them for long without ear pain because of the shape. They are not for those who lay down on thier sides and use these. These are not for people who sweat heavily or workout.
I love the fit and sound. The only issue is when I'm putting them in there is a loud back feed noise when you touch the mic by mistake.
