Decent Product, overall not bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds are pretty decent. Their accessibility with Galaxy AI is extremely easy to navigate. The sound quality is definitely a step up from Bud 2. The translation is pretty cool too ( you just have to be pretty close for it to pick up).
The only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 is the sizing. I have unusually small ear canals. I have yet to find an ear bud that does not fall out constantly or cause discomfort due to stretching when they are properly in. Some buds give you the size covers. These did not. Even the ones that offer the small size covers are still 1 size too big for me.
I wish all earbuds took that into consideration. It's not that I am a child (actually in my 40s) but that i have tiny ears like a child.
If developers took that into consideration it would be the greatest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Galaxy Buds for the translation option. They work okay for that. But it's difficult, because it doesn't screen out background noise very well, so it's hard to pick up unless you're just having a conversation with one person. But overall, the galaxy buds are great sounding and have a long battery life.

From day 1 there was a high pitch noise in my bud. I reached out for a replacement and I'm told they need to be "repaired." These are brand new buds. They should not need to be "repaired,"
