Great device to have on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are everything that they said they would be. The talk time is great and they connect instantly to my device once they are out of the case. These are the absolute best when it comes to noise cancelation.
My earbuds present a significant charging issue. They function correctly for a short period outdoors. However, upon returning them to their case, they no longer charge. I've noticed you cannot wear them outside for more then 5 to 10 min before the buds think they are wet or to hot. This renders them practically unusable for extended periods. Troubleshooting steps have not resolved the problem. Don't know if it is a software issue or what, but they are unusable like this.

Amazing sound. If you get the ear piece the right size it stays put. Love these headphones.

Charging issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seamless actions across apps has been nice. However I have been frustrated with charging issues. Seems as though just popping the buds into the case doesn't ensure their complete charging. Many times I've gone to use them after they should be 100% and for some reason one earbud is nearly dead while the other is completely charged. Can be very frustrating.

Triangular stems are not easy to handle and the case’s design needs to be reimagined. The clear lid will show micro scratches over time and the charging wells have the earbuds facing out which makes it unnatural when removing and replacing the earbuds as they face opposite of the direction they face when you place them in your ears. That’s an annoying shame because it takes away from the overall user experience. However, the performance and audio features were outstanding.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent sound and connection

Seamless actions across apps and connectivity between my fold6, wach ultra and galaxy book 4 edge is just awesome and really adds to the ease of us and overall experience. Really glad I decided to stay in the samsung ecosystem for this generation.
