Long connection, sometimes don't connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you use only one earbud instead of both, there is absolutely no noise cancellation, and the sound quality is noticeably worse compared to using the pair together. When you're on a phone call with just one earbud, you can hear everything happening around you. But when you wear both earbuds, you don’t hear anything except your own voice. It would be much better if wearing a single earbud provided the same level of noise cancellation as using both.
Another issue is that the earbud often doesn’t connect right away. You take it out of the case, put it in your ear, and then have to wait around 10–15 seconds before it finally connects. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, so it’s definitely not an old model. Overall, these earbuds perform worse than my previous Samsung Galaxy Buds.

Not quite as good as the Pro 1 & 2 buds that I've

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My device keeps dropping the music while listening to them constantly. I really believe that the buds pro, & pro 2 that I previously owned were more superior.
Samsung dropped the ball when the buds pro 3 were similarly designed to look like I-pods.
I strongly believe that the "Bean-Shaped" pros were unique & looked better than the pro 3 version. The sound quality on my pro 2 & 3 seemed better as well.
I've been a big Samsung supporter. I own a tablet & my 2nd Galaxy watch. I look forward to the Samsung ring & other products.
I honestly can say the pro 3s didn't meet my expectations. I'm hoping that will change with time.
