Great earbuds with one drawback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is my third pair of Galaxy Buds. These buds have a ton of features. They fit comfortably in my ears. They have noise cancelling, and ambient sound as well. They can detect sirens, and turn down the volume automatically. The sound quality is solid. My only complaint is the battery life. I'm not sure if this is due to my settings (possibly). Over all 8 out of 10.

The "Galaxy AI" helped tremendously in making these buds just the way I wanted and needed! So glad that I purchased these and not some other inferior brand!!

Amazing at first but now crackling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i fist got my ear buds they were awesome. I enjoy the ability to turn up and down the volume on it, and the Galaxy AI has been a fun tool to use
Overall theyre still pretty good but now if im listening to music or something particularly loud I have started hearing a crackling sound come from them. It reminds me of when you would blow the speaker in your car and so base would sound off. If I dont listen at a high volume I typically dont have the issue but I enjoying jamming out so its a little frustrating.

Noise cancelation for my surrounding area is great. The bad news is I used them one time while exercising, started sweating, and bud wouldn't charge for a day.
