I've tried all three sizes and can't seem to get them to stay put or get them to show a correct connection via the app. I rarely use them because of this and it disappoints me because I love everything else.

Designed with top sound quality and adaptive audio that responds to your environment, the first step is to ensure you have the correct size of tips for your ears. They should fit snugly, with no gaps between your ear and the tip, which prevents sound leaks and enhances audio performance. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—in particular, an L and an R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and similarly, insert the L earbud into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the blade so the microphone points toward your mouth, not straight down. You can adjust the earbuds by rotating them until they feel comfortable. As I've come to expect from Samsung products over the years of having several, the construction and sound quality are exceptional. They fit comfortably and battery life is first rate. My only reason for not going with a 5 star rating is, I'm still struggling with the main reason for buying these particular earbuds and that is the advertised ability to be used for live language translations. The recommended smart phone app leaves confusion on how this is supposed to function. It I'm not giving up.
I would recommend this to a friend!
