Great Untol They Weren't

When I got these earbuds, I loved them. The sound was great and the fit was perfect. One day, I put them on and the right one screamed in my ear. I have no clue why. I set them aside in my drawer for a while until someone in Members said to turn off ANC. That worked for a couple of times then they screamed in my ear again. It startled me and the bud flew out of my ear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey ScottAPowers, Thank you for sharing your experience with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. If you hear a loud noise, it might mean your earbuds need a software update. When an update is available, you'll get a popup notification on your computer. Click Check for Updates or Update and follow the instructions. If the problem continues, submit an error report via the Wearables app while connected to your earbuds. Open the app, tap the three horizontal lines, then tap Settings and select Contact Us. This sends information directly to Samsung designers. For more details, check the online article linked below. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to have you in the Samsung community. Feel free to change the translator style for a more natural sound, but remember it processes and delivers information quickly and seamlessly. To customize, open the Interpreter app, tap the More options icon (three vertical dots), then select Recents or Settings. You can choose Language packs for translation, Voice styles, or Tap to talk. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a pair of these for the last year or so and have nothing but good things to say about them. The galaxy bud 3 pros have an amazing audio sound and with the multitude of options for equalizing with the headphones, it has boosted the music to an even higher quality. I also consistently use the voice command feature to help while working which has simplified everything involving both music and podcasts even more, allowing me to backtrack and skip forward with basic phrases, as well as the ambient noise control picking up voices and allowing you to tune out the background and focus on the conversation and the music simultaneously.
