Sound is great and love the voice command feature allowing me to control volume, skips songs, etc while working out. Had an older version and certainly a must have upgrade looking for the latest and greatest.
The highs are too harsh when listening to a lot of voice. Non-music. For music there ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you notice harsh sounds when listening to voices, try lowering the high frequencies in the Galaxy Wearable app. Once connected, you can select from six equalizer presets on the Home screen to customize your sound. Use the slider to switch between Normal, Bass Boost, Soft, Dynamic, Clear, or Treble Boost. Experiment with these options to find the sound that works best for you right now. Noise canceling and charging

Good earbuds + horrible case/charging = useless

They are outstanding earbuds and work great. That being said, the case/charging ability is atrocious and makes using these difficult and frustrating. Every time I use them to go for a run or just charge the case the case will not charge them. It gives an error that charging has stopped and I need to clear the earbuds of moisture/debris. I can wipe them, clean them, use alcohol wipes, etc and nothong will work. Even if I simply charge the case while wearing them without working out I will get that error. I either have to make them sit for 6+ hours out of the case or mess with the charging prongs at the bottom of the vase with a smalls screw driver for it to work. Extremely frustrating. I have had these less than a month and have had the issue since day one. Its always the left ear bud for some reason, but sometimes both of them. There are dozens of reddit threads with this same issue. Wish I saw those before wasting my money on them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This are the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought my buds3 Pro I was a little skeptical because I was more used to my buds2 pro and did not really liked the look, but from the first moment I put them in my ears they fit perfectly I knew I would love them, over time I wanted to replace the sponges and I couldn't find any information anywhere I had to search on youtube for a while I think that's the only complaint everything else was great, one day my son was playing and threw them in the pool and nobody noticed I thought I had lost them, 6 days later I found them and they were still working like the first day very well done Samsung.
