I like the sound quality but they're not comfortable in my ears. I switched out the silicone caps and they're still uncomfortable.

Great product! I was skeptical to order another pair of in-ear headphones, because I didn't love the fit and performance of the Buds2 Pro and have been using the Buds Live for a few years, but these have surpassed my expectations. The fit and sound are great, I love the controls and the microphone performance on phone calls is way better. Take advantage of the trade-in to get a nice chunk off and order these!
