Not waterproof is the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars. Sound quality is incredible. The water-resistant measure is only partial and you have to let them air dry before placing them back in the holder

Sound quality and Charging

But charging is an issue. Charging Case blinking red when the left bud inserted.
However when software update checked the blinking light disappeared.......

Sound quality is nice. Stems are awful. They fit poorly compared to the buds 2 (and 1 even). Terrible for exercise and the buds often won't charge in the case after working out and need time to dry.

To improve your fit, we recommend trying out the different-sized ear tips that come with your Buds3 Pro. Making sure that you have the right size is crucial to eliminating any gaps between your ear and the ear tip, which helps prevent sound leaks and ensures optimal audio quality. Once you’ve found the right tips, remember to check for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds—an "L" for left and an "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth, and adjust them until you feel a comfortable fit. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to make sure everything is perfect. Regarding the charging concerns after workouts, please ensure that both the earbuds and the case are free of debris and moisture. Good sound, terrible battery

Sound quality - 4/5. Out of the box, they sound good, albeit not stellar. But if you're willing to play with EQ a bit, they can sound amazing. Great sound stage and voice fidelity. Articulate lows with decent extension Sparkling highs.
Build quality - 4/5. Buds themselves are decent. The case feels cheap and can be easily scratched.
Battery life - 1/5. Absolutely horrible. I can get about 4h on one charge with adaptive ANC and UHQ sound. The case is even worse - only about 11h, which is less than half the advertised value.
Conclusion : don't buy it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only with samsung headphones have problem

I love Samsung, the freedom he has to be able to do what he wants, I love it is incredible, but something I do not like is that the headphones always bring me problems with the previous ones, it was not heard loudly from one, and now with this, the problem I have is that the microphone works when he wants, I do not know if because they are the new ones, the first ones always go bad, but I always have problems with the headphones
