My first pair of earbuds that fit comfortably

Before I even mention about the fit, these earbuds sound AMAZING. Every review ive looked at on these compare them to airpods, and every review commented on how much better these sound than airpods. Ive never used airpods but I will say these sound so much better than any earbuds I've owned in the past. Using these paired with a samsung phone is so seamless and all the featured packed into these is great. The noise cancellation and awareness modes are both fantastic too! Above everything else, the absolute most important to me in earbuds is how they fit in my ears. One thing ive struggled with my entire life with earbuds is not a SINGLE PAIR ive ever owned has comfortably sat in my ear. I have small/narrow ear canals and these fit absolutely perfect to the point it feels like I dont have anything in my ear!!! Ive never experienced this comfortable of a fit and genuinely im shook! The fit of these is subjective to each individual person but seriously if you have small ear canals these fit great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Function perfect. Tutorial on how to drive them no

I've owned 3 generators of ear buds. The other 2 were so poor I NEVER used them. They fell out that were annoying to use as they fell out. These NEVER fall out The noise canceling is so effective I find myself using them as ear protection as a heavy equipment operator! I've owned them a month and I use them everyday and worry about them being charged everyday. I have one major complaint I've owned them one month and I have no idea how to use them. I'm relying on some YouTuber video to make them function. I'm sure there's a better way but Samsung has not provided one. When they're in my ears and I am listening to music they are spectacular. I'm talking on the phone and loud equipment they are spectacular. I still don't know how to drive them. I give him a 5 if it interface with instinctual

While not a huge issue, a small request is to flip the orientation of the ear buds in the charging case. The current configuration is too cumbersome.
